The Quiet Waste

The Cost of Unseen Potential — White Falcon Publishing

Most organisations are designed to manage their people — and that design is quietly destroying the very capacity they need to grow. The Quiet Waste examines the space between what organisations intend and what they actually build: roles scoped for the average, performance systems that measure compliance rather than contribution, and the compounding cost of capability that is employed but never used.
